Change

Do you ever feel like your life just needs a change? I have been feeling like that for some time now. I am not sure what change I need to be making, but I just feel like I need a change of some sort. Maybe we need to move, maybe I need a new car, maybe a new job, maybe a new haircut, maybe a new life. Who knows! I just need something new. I do know, though, I need to be more family centered. I need to focus a lot on my family and not just my immediate family. I think I need a new outlook on life and a new attitude. I need to not care so much about certain things and just focus my energy elsewhere. I have been in a funk lately and have had a hard time pulling myself out. I need newness (if that even is a word) I need change! I need to go to Yoga more. I need to change my routine or stick to my routine better, one or the other (not sure which). I need a change of scenery. I NEED CHANGE!

Addicted

Ok I cannot believe how addicted I am to these novels. I have read them and am now going to re-read them. I am so emotionally attached to them! LOVE THEM! I even got Christy to read them (I know it's a miracle!) I loved the first one, the second one wasn't my favorite, but necessary for the story line, the third one was exciting and I think I liked it the best. I never knew a book could consume my thoughts everyday while I read it. All I thought about was Edward and Bella. Is it me or does everyone fall in love with Edward? I am still a little torn about Jacob though. I'm not sure how I feel about that issue. Anyway, I hope everyone reads these books and I am looking forward to "Breaking Dawn" which comes out in August!

Rusty Rides Again!!

We all know what a maniac Ethan is. I thought he would be at least a little bit scared of riding the horse. But, no. He gets it going so far that the back lifts off the ground. I am sure one day it is going to tip over on him. I laugh my head off every time I see him on it. It is hilarious!

Rusty the Horse

So Ethan's Developmental Therapist recommended that Ethan needed some activities to enhance his proprioception. I know, long word. He basically needs toys that make him move. So I went to Target to find something, anything. Then I decided I would check DI. Believe it or not, I actually found a sit and spin and Rusty the Horse. (Named, appropriately, by Alivia) Both kids think it is the funnest thing ever. As my mom put it, "You spend all this money for Christmas presents, and the toy they like the most came from DI"! Oh well, at least this toy I don't have to worry about it getting broken. Plus, it reminds me of my childhood.
